  • All bookings are to be prepaid at the time of booking and are non-refundable, all guests are required to be on the same package  
  • All members in your group are accounted for in your initial booking numbers  – additional table allocations and adjournments are not permitted after the time of booking  
  • Standard NSW RSA applies
  • All guests must be 18 years or older
  • Beverage packages if applicable will commence at the time of reservation, no extensions will be permitted for late arrival
  • All guests within party are required to have arrived before group will be seated 
  • You agree to acknowledge that yourself along with any of your guests are not displaying cold like symptoms, have been in contact with any known COVID cases and have not returned from interstate or overseas in the past 14 days
  • Please arrive 15 mins prior to your booking time for all guests to check in
  • All guests will be required to check in upon entry to comply with the current Government Legislation
  • The Sydney Collective venue portfolio is committed to the safety of all patrons and staff and is a registered COVID safe business
  • Vaccination Requirements: Only fully vaccinated people 16 and over and those with medical exemptions will have access to licensed venues and other freedoms allowed under the Reopening NSW roadmap. Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 will be permitted to attend hotels in the company of a responsible adult who is a member of their household. While further details will be forthcoming, it is therefore clear that both patrons and staff will be fully vaccinated as a condition of entry and employment at licensed premises upon reopening
  • Mask wearing; masks will remain mandatory for patrons and front of house staff in indoor areas of hotels. Only hospitality staff will be required to wear a mask when outdoors. Children aged under 12 will not need to wear a mask indoors
